What does it cost to join the Referral Club?
There are zero fees to join. When construction starts for a project you referred, you're in the club!
How do I earn rewards?
Refer $1m or more in construction contracts in any given year, and you'll get your choice of amazing Pro Member thank you packages.
When will I receive my thank you gift(s)?
Referrals get counted once construction starts and we break ground or start remodeling. Once you reach Pro or Champion status, we'll notify you within 30 days. You'll have 14 days to choose your reward. In most instances, you'll receive your gift cards and/or vouchers within 7 days from the time you notify us of your selection.
Is there incentive to refer more?
Yes. First, your clients will be happy, because you'll have hooked them up with a five-star contractor. And, yeah, once you hit $3m+ in referred contracts in one calendar year, we consider you a Champion Member. In addition to your Pro Member gift, as a Champion member, you will receive VIP perks and your choice of our Champion-level thank you gifts.
Will my gifts ever expire?
Some might. Any gift may be subject to unique terms and conditions, including expiration dates, blackout dates, exclusions, etc. We'll gladly answer questions and provide more specifics when it's time for you to select your gift(s).
Will participation in Referral Club make construction more costly for my clients?
No, not at all. Referral Club expenses come from our already existing marketing budget. If the money isn't going to Referral Club rewards, it'll be going to Google and Meta Ads. We'd rather keep it local. Wouldn't you?
What are the Referral Club perks?
We've carefully curated a variety of thank you packages. Many of the gifts in the packages support businesses we've done work for and/or who've done work for us. All gifts are local and contribute to a robust economy in the counties our employees and clients call home: Whatcom and Skagit.
