Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and love is in the air! We believe an essential component of our success is employing the right people. We work hard to find A-players. Though recruiting and retaining employees who design, plan, and build with absolute care and precision [and love doing it!] is no small task, it’s one we’re committed to. We invest heavily in employee culture. This means we treat our employees well. We respect them as people and respect their personal time. We pay at or above the local industry standards, offer a substantial benefits package, and ensure employees feel supported to learn and grow in their crafts and have opportunities to grow with Highline.

We check-in with our employees to see how we’re doing and where we can improve. This happens formally through stay surveys and annual employee meetings, but it also happens informally during employee gatherings, twice monthly office-to-field lunch deliveries, and in the regular day-to-day conversations.
