When the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) needed a general contractor to install the I-beam structural supports for netting at their Marblemount Hatchery, Highline Construction was proud to take on the job. Protecting Fish Populations

The new 300′ × 150′ protective netting helps prevent bird predation and safeguards young fry until they mature for release into the wild. This essential system strengthens local conservation efforts and supports long-term fish sustainability.

Integrated Civil and Carpentry Expertise

This project brought together both our civil construction and carpentry teams. Heavy steel I-beams were carefully positioned by our equipment operators, then precisely secured by our skilled builders—showcasing Highline’s ability to handle complex commercial construction projects efficiently and safely.
