This position is for you if you enjoy:

In this role you will be:

  • Self-performing concrete, framing, siding, decks, window and door install, trim install, and cabinet install
  • Performing various management tasks in our online project management software
  • Building from a clear set of plans and specifications as produced by our internal architect, interior designer, and project manager
  • Leading and empowering a team of 1-2 carpenters



  • 9 hour days Monday - Thursday,  4-hour Fridays
  • $600 deductible health care plan
  • 2 weeks paid time off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Pay is DOE and at the upper end of the market
  • Highline provides all major tools
  • Occassional employee events as well as twice a year family events
  • Many opportunities for learning and development. We are actively building a complete how to guide for building a new home from the ground up. This is available to all staff to help them understand how we operate and provide guidance for the new generation.


We are willing to train the right person on the leadership component of this job if you have the right experience with the building component.


Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of carpentry experience
  • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Cell phone
  • Basic set of tools including battery powered drill and impact driver
  • Familiarity with Builder Trend and Google Suite is a plus, but not required
