THE ROLE

  • Collaborating with the design team during pre-construction on constructability and price
  • Responsible for producing all pre-construction specifications and contracts
  • Producing estimates for both design build and build only projects
  • Running planning to production handoff meetings
  • Building schedules and actively managing them for the duration of the project
  • Monitoring field staff safety programs
  • Managing on site quality
  • Running bi-weekly meetings with the Site Supers to discuss the projects, goals, and schedules
  • Managing basic checklists during production to ensure various phases of the project are complete
  • Required to have difficult conversations with project stakeholders about quality, budget, communication, etc.
  • Managing project close out checklists and final walk throughs with the client
  • Participating in a bi-weekly meeting with the design team, PM team, and president to discuss your projects
  • Actively managing the project budgets

  • $35-$52/hour (roughly $72,800-$108,160 annually) base pay - Our current need is for a senior project manager with the experience and skills to manage our most complex projects. If we find the right fit for a senior project management role, base pay will be in the $45-$52/hour range, plus any achieved bonuses.
  • This position is part of the management team with the potential for annual bonuses
  • Shared use of company trucks (2 trucks shared between 3 project managers)
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week (Mondays-Thursdays 9-hour days; Fridays 4 hour days)

 

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Must be an excellent communicator both oral and written
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Self-motivated and excellent at motivating others
  • Familiarity with Builder Trend and Google Suite a plus
