Site work for a large custom home can be intensive, but that’s especially true when building on Samish Crest in Bellingham. While having some of the most beautiful views of any neighborhood in the Pacific Northwest, it also has some of the hardest rock, and a lot of it! Preparing this site for building meant extensive rock breaking. Due to the slope of the lot, we also had to extend the terrain in one portion to account for the driveway.

We installed underground utilities, including: sewer, water, storm drainage, power, phone, cable, and natural gas. We excavated for the foundation and provided erosion control.
