We know a challenge when we see one, and this project was certainly that! The parcel on Lake Whatcom in Bellingham, WA has a steep slope. The homeowners built a custom home on the water at the bottom of the slope. They brought our team in to add a garage and hobby space higher up on the property atop an existing foundation.  This required significant erosion control and installation of a complex retaining wall.

For the wall, we used Redi-Rock, which offers the adaptability needed for a challenging site like this as well as the function required for a safe and well-engineered solution without compromising on aesthetics.

To complete this project, we also performed utility relocation and sewer installation.
