We self-perform site work for all new construction we take on, but we’re a friendly bunch and enjoy opportunities to work with other builders too. In this case, Kinship Design was constructing a new custom home in Bellingham, WA, and we were brought on to do the site work, which included excavation, erosion control, and rock breaking. As part of the gig, our team constructed stormwater filtration systems. We installed all utilities, including: sewer, water, storm drainage, power, phone, cable, and natural gas.

We also installed a large, curved, Redi-Rock retaining wall. We like Redi-Rock for its durability, ease of install, and aesthetic value. Truth be told, it’s also a chance to feel like we’re really big kids playing with really big Legos!
